About AJ Rose

AJ Rose began writing children’s stories when her own children were little, inspired by the funny questions, big imaginations, and everyday moments that come with raising a family. The stories were written down, tucked away, and—like so many things during those busy years—saved for another day.

Eventually, “another day” arrived.

With a lifelong love of books and storytelling, AJ finally decided it was time to dust off those old stories and give them a chance to find new readers. Sara Asked became the first to make its way from a long-kept manuscript to a published book, and Penny Rose Press grew from there.

AJ Rose writes gentle, playful stories that celebrate childhood curiosity, imagination, humor, and the little moments that often become our favorite memories.
